Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Doing the year in review for the Downtown core like I said in the first one of the year. I’m going to be doing the five different areas but today because it’s my seven hundred video blog. I decided to throw in the Olympic Village even though it’s not in Downtown Vancouver I thought I throw in the stats for any of the re-sales that happened in 2011 and this will blow you away I’m not talking about project market or any of those marketing sales company. But as far as owners that it completed and that I tried to sell out. There were only three sales last year that I could find on the MLS only three. I got to check my stats for this one because I probably forget out of those three the most expensive sold for $983,000 dollars for about 1,200 square feet. The smallest one sold it was 759 square feet I can’t believe I’m reporting this 759 square feet sold for $575,000 dollars that makes $730 dollars a square foot and the average if you take those three is $777 dollars a square foot. Three sales in one year. Yes the Olympic Village was on fire last year and I mean that is a metaphor because unfortunately it’s still standing there and as tax payers is still paying for it. Hopefully in 2012 will be able to double the amount of sales and next year I will report six sales sales in the Olympic Village. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
