Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Yes Downtown Vancouver that's where I usually work but I'm blogging today about Burnaby because I am from Burnaby and again the Bosa Company has done great job, marketing and promoting this new property. They have new Metro Town and I got to mention that you know Metro Town is obviously none area I generally working in. However, I'm very impressed in what they do and a big fan of Bosa anyways so I got to talk about the Sovereign. Now the Sovereign is going to be BC's second tallest tower over 500 feet tall. It's gonna be huge and in the top at Metro Town which is a kind of the peak of Burnaby over there so you can see the down you can see the ocean or whatever. But the interesting thing I think it was the first 20 floors it gonna be hotel so even the lowest floor of condos starts at 20th or 21st floor which is pretty impressive in itself. Now of course 202 units sell out like that. Right away, I don't know the demographics of the building that who bought. However, it seems like a lot of people that were immigrants etc. were buying there. Obviously both of builds are great product and it's very exciting for the area because it's going to add a whole bunch of retail definitely a new hotel which is nice as well for the Metro Town area but it's just going to show that real estate whether they bought it great prices or they totally over paid is still active in the Greater Vancouver area. Good job Bosa for selling knock out in the first day. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
