I Heard The Vancouver Condo Market Is Going Down 30% in Price

Ian Watt video blogs about how people call him up and say "I Heard The Vancouver Condo Market Is Going Down 30% in Price, so my offer on your $350,000 listing is $245,000" when the reality is that these people should just wait for that day to come, like they have for the past 15 years. Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I just want to give a special message to all these people out there that say the markets gonna crush, Vancouver's gonna be down 30% and I want a take advantage of it right now. Well, I don't know I've been wrong many many times it very well could do that. I have no idea but right now it seems pretty strong. So what I think is you hold on your money, you hold on to the paper we won't right the offer until it goes down 30% then you can jump in. But emailing me saying I think I should pay this, because I heard it's gonna go down 30% is a big waste of my time. So don't even bother doing it. Just wait hold on your money and when it goes down 30% then you can right and I'll be happy to help you out. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
