Everyone's Idea of Condo Cleanliness Is Different, So Hire a Cleaner

Ian Watt video blogs about  how everyone's idea of condo cleanliness is different and how a buyer should not expect a property to be spotless upon completion, but rather free and clear of debris. Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Want to talk to you about condo cleanliness. And what people have a difficult time understanding is. Is not really up to the seller to make sure it is spotless. We, the selling agent and the seller will make sure the condo is free and clear of debris but if you as a buyer expected to be spotless. Please factor in you'll have to be paying 250 to 300 dollars of your own to make sure your own cleaners come in. It is not a brand new place don't expect it to look like a brand new place and it doesn't matter how clean we can make it your standards are probably different. So make sure when you buy a place you factor in, property transfer tax. Your legal fees, any mortgage or condo or whatever fees that go with it, moving fees and your cleaning fees. Cause I am sure who's hell not paying for your condo to be cleaned. Make sure it's free and clear debris but I am not in the cleaning business. I am in the property marketing business. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
