Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. We don't technically have to disclose this on a Property Disclosure Statement. That somebody died in the apartment but to tell you the truth. If I will buy that apartment I would like to know, the reason why I asked that (my dog here). The reason why I asked that is because a building manager call me because someone was murdered in the suite the other day and he wanted to know if they had to disclose it and technically there is no place on the Property Disclosure Statement to disclose it. However, I will definitely like to know and I don't know what the court would feel if you didn't disclose that someone was murdered in there because you know what it might not make a difference to you but it might make a difference to the re-sale and if they ever do add that to the Property Disclosure Statement. It's definitely going to affect the pricing. My name is Ian Watt. If you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
