Ian Watt : Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just delivering a notice that we'd like to enter the suite with 24 hours notice it's actually on it's actually Wednesday but were going in on Saturday and the tenant is not cooperating. So we put up a notice that were requesting to get in there on Saturday at twelve noon. Hopefully she is cooperating and who knows maybe she's just on vacation but a 99% of the time they just pretend they don't see their emails, get their phone calls or see their text messages requesting a showing.
