Ian Watt: Hi Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Just doing the week in review for the week that was last week that ended July 3rd and keep in mind it was Canada day. So there were only four days as far as the MLS is concern. But as of last week as of Friday. We had a 101 new listings, 58 price reductions which is far less than we usually see and 60 sales even though it's four day week. The same amount of sales but the greatest thing, the first time since May we've been under 1,700 listings for the Downtown core. We were at 1,671 active listings. And a bit of it could be because of cancellations because of June 30th. But nonetheless, at least were going on a right direction. And then we had 1,463 sales as of Friday afternoon year today. My name is Ian Watt. And obviously you can see that the market is going in the right direction. It's pretty fantastic because we had price reductions with lot of inventory but it is going in a right direction. Good news for sellers! You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
