Ian Watt: Hi, Good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Yesterday I did a video blog about, it was the week in review and I said that this is good news for sellers. Somebody email me and wanted to know why that was good news for sellers and they were accusing me that the prices are going up. I don't think prices are going up, I just think it's good news for sellers because it's become a balance market instead of declining, declining, declining its seems so a flat though of it. I do not think that the prices are going up anytime soon. I don't think it's gonna go plumbing or crashing from here. I think this is just our market. This is what were gonna see for a long time unless something traumatically change. Like mortgage rates, some sort of 9/11 or whatever or a ton more of listings come out but right now this is the market, this is what it is. And I think it's fine and it's healthy. My name is Ian Watt and If you have any questions. You can email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
