Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. The RCMP The Royal Canadian Mounted Police put out a release the other day regarding thefts at open houses. There are people going around doing this in distracting the realtor and stealing things. Well one thing I always tell my clients I always trying to remind them when doing an open house put your computers away, put your valuables away but also on top of that. Put away your prescription drugs anything like that. If someone's come in over and they're talking to me. And then they have a young kid whose been trained to go and go through the doors find your computers or steal whatever. There's no way that we can keep track of it. So make sure you do yourself a favor when you do an open house prepare for it and put all your valuables or your medications and any computers or electronics away. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You could always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
