Vancouver. Very important if you just move in to a condo if you just
purchase the condo and its completion day that is the day from midnight
of the completion day that you should get insurance on that condo.
Where there is content insurance, fire or whatever flood make sure you
have it because as of completion day. That's your responsibility if
something happens and you burn the place down or your tenant does.
You're gonna be in a lot of trouble even if you haven't even move in
yet you are responsible for that unit. So you might wanna check out
