Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. If you are a landlord especially if you are a landlord but also if you are a tenant in the rental property. And you are not exactly sure your rules or rights and I think a lot of landlord kind of take advantage of this situation coz' a lot of tenants don't know the rules and rights. But not they're doing maliciously I just think that they don't know what they can do, what they can take for deposits, what they can do for notice on showings etc. etc. So what you should do is go to the BC Government RTO website the Residential Tenancy Office website and I think that is very important that you go and check it out they have like a hundred page little brochure on pdf that you can download. I'll put a link to it or I put it on my site. You can download as well the guy for landlords and tenants in British Columbia and I think that is very important for you to check out. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
