Millennium Water aka The Olympic Village In Vancouver Is Ready For Possession

Ian Watt video blogs about how Millennium Water aka The Olympic Village In Vancouver is almost ready for completion for those who bought in the original presale. After those units are complete, Ian is told that the remaining units will be brought to market at a lower price and listed for sale with the original project marketer. Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. It appears that the Millennium Water Project which is the the Olympic Village. Where all the Olympic and the Paralympic athletes had stayed during the Olympics is now ready for completions. See was pre-sold a couple of years ago only probably about half or a third were sold I don't know the number exactly. However it is now ready for completions all those people have to complete. After those people complete the remaining units which are going to be brought on to the market which I'm told from a very good source that those ones there are actually going to be at cheaper price. What I've been told from the source that I have it's from $650 to $800 square foot but who knows until it actually comes out. It's going to be a great area it is certainly an up and coming area and that area time will tell whether those prices per square foot are going to be worthy of the area or vice versa. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions regarding Millennium Water. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
