Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
It is so important that we pinch ourselves and realize. What a million
dollars actually is that's a lot of money. However in Downtown
Vancouver a million dollars is not the creme' de la creme' you know.
Maybe the 5 million dollar condo range that is the top end. And a
million dollars is a really nice 2 bedroom, thousand square feet maybe
big outdoor space, maybe a small small penthouse. Those are things that
we have to realize. But a million dollars is still a million dollars
and that's a lot of money to most people. Now the thing is that we have
to remember when we're showing a million dollar properties is that they
look like a million dollar property. We have to make sure that they are
clean and presentable. We shouldn't take it for granted that a million
dollars is actually just an average place in Downtown Vancouver. Make
