Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, it's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
I can't email like this all the time. One guy emails me this morning
and says its subject removal day. I gotta put down the deposit, I
gottaa remove the subjects on a property and I am in a contract, I do
have a realtor. But my realtor is not really well verse in the Downtown
core. So was wondering if you could tell me is this a good building or
a bad building. Well I'm honored that I get an email like this every so
often. However I can't do anything about ethically and legally I can't
comment on your transaction. I'm not gonna expose myself to all this
and not even be covered by airs and emissions probably because I'm not
part of the contract. So there's no way I can advise anyone if they
already have a realtor. But the question I raises, If you have a
realtor that has no idea what they're doing. Why are you using that
realtor. Find the realtor who knows the market and who knows the
