Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. The thing what we have to remember is
when you going to purchase a property you gotta look very closely to a
property disclosure statement to see if there any alterations done and
alterations I mean flooring, knocking down walls whatever you think of.
Alterations in the suite if any of them have been done with the permit
or approval from the strata council because you know what? If you buy
that place and it's got fifteen thousand dollars worth of flooring and
they didn't get a permit to do it. Chances are they might have been
ripped out check with the strata council, check with the seller and
make sure that they have approval and make them prove it. My name is
Ian Watt and if you have any questions regarding this alterations. You
can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
