Don't be fooled by realtor gimmics and tricks. Ian Watt : Hi Good Afternoon, its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. If
you're thinking of listing your Vancouver condo or any property in
general. And somebody says you should list with me because I have a lot
of buyers who are looking for a property just like these a. it make
them just sign up on the spot and bring in offer they should just bring
offer to the listing presentation but if not look a little deeper into
this because out of all the deals that we've done this year. I think
three of them have been double ended where that means I represent both
parties it rarely happens like that when we look at all the sales for
Downtown Vancouver. Very rarely does it happen where it just. One
realtor representing both parties. It doesn't happen very often. So if
somebody comes to you and says that they have a client with looking for
exactly this property that's why you should list with me. Why didn't
they bring an offer? When they come to do the listing presentation. My
