Air Conditioned Waterfront Condos In Yaletown
Ian Watt video blogs about how a client was interested in purchasing an Air Conditioned Waterfront condo In Yaletown, however finding one is a lot tougher than you may expect. There are only a handful of developments with air conditioning that include the Silver Sea, the Icon 1 & 2, Kings Landing, the Waterford, the Concord, the Erickson and the Flagship. If you want to voice your opinion or if you don't care for Ian's comments please email your feedback to ianwatt@ianwatt.ca and visit http://www.ianwatt.ca/RealEstateVideos for all the Ian Watt Real Estate Video Blogs.
Ian Watt : Hi Good Morning its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I have a client looking for an air conditioned unit in the False Creek North kind in Yaletown that's in Concord Pacific buildings and there are a lot of buildings in this area. However I can only think of six developments that have air conditioning. That's one of the requirements that he's looking for. So with A C I think all we have is the Icon 1 & 2, the Silver Sea, Kingslanding, the Waterford at 1483 Homer, the soon to be completed Erickson, the Concord which is 1328 Marinaside and the Flagship which is 8th Smithe Mews. But other than I can't think of any other air conditioned buildings in the Concord Pacific area. And none of them or significantly cheap that's for sure. I think what you gonna be looking for a 2 bed, 2 bath you gotta be looking at least 800 but the majority of those ones are going to be around the $1.5 million dollar range. Those are the only air conditioned building in the Concord Pacific area that I can think of. Please email me if you need a revise list or maybe I can think of anther one. But that's pretty much it of course there are some penthouses that have a C but the majority there all the units there's only six developments that I can think of. My name is Ian Watt and if you have any questions you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
