Ian Watt: Hi, this is my show. Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown, oh not in Downtown Vancouver I'm in San Diego today for the Coach Tom Ferry Event it has been fantastic! Why your people here today?
Tom Ferry: You know I think there's a revolution going on. I think people are looking for new tools, new ways to to help customers to ultimately serve their community and what we finding is the old technologies to marketing the properties or selling homes is just or is effective anymore. There's iphone, applications and videos like this. You know we gotta help people who knows they can really make a changes.
Ian Watt: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven.
Tom Ferry: and possible make a transition and Ian you do an amazing job. So I'm thankful you're here, I honor you, and all in your business.
Ian Watt: Thank you very much. I just said, seven cameras are on us right now and this will be sent out everywhere. But just tell us about yesterday. Yesterday was fantastic for me. I learned so much. Who is on stage yesterday?
Tom Ferry: Yes. Okay, yesterday was an extraordinary day. Ethnic day in the world of Real Estate. We had starting out our coach. Extraordinary guy teaching people how to understand Craigslist and how to utilize it as a tool to help buyers and sellers and then we had @Ian Watt. Right? that Ian Watt share a story on how to make a transition to a more a social or new media to really support and serve customers. Then we had @Garyvee right? @Garyvee Gary Vaynerchuck and at the middle of this unbelievable world tour. You know? and he was here sharing his best strategies and ideas and then we finished the day with the very technical how to make your website really really good, really be effective with the extraordinary jim large. So you know it's an action back day, it was a lot of content, a lot of ideas, but were all about to give people the tools and how them to got to build their businesses. And you know, you're the ultimate example in doing all this stuff.
