Ian Watt: Hi Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Interesting thing is happen, you know obviously the Olympics are coming in February. A lot of people have been working on their short term rentals and trying to get this huge dollars for the short term rentals and not even with the Olympics just a lot of people are reallygetting on their short term furnish rental ban wagon. Well, I think one little company is gonna squish him because there's a new building that is open it's called level . They do short term rentals, a furnished rentals and it's all corporately top to bottom owned by the same company. You can rent for one month on a month a month basis. You can keep extending as long as they have availability. And I'll put a link on it just above in the tax here but it is definitely gonna slow down the short term rental market that's for sure. It's called Level, it's on Seymour in Downtown Vancouver. If you wanna know more about it. You can check on that link up above or you can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
