Guess Who I Met Today At My Vancouver Condo Listing
Ian Watt Video blogs about meeting the most negative person the world today. Ian's point is that its so easy to pick out all the things that are not perfect in a condo because all condos are built for the masses and built to be sold to people with a common interest of small space living. Condos are not custom made and they are never perfect. Good Afternoon, It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I had the pleasure
of meeting the most negative person in the world today. Yes, he came to
my showing and it was a lot of fun. He pointed out everything that he
hated about this week. Now, that's okay if he didn't like this week and
I don't expect every showing. Every person that every showing to love
every suite that I show. You know it's not just possible. However, when
you go into a property keep in mind that this condos are built for the
masses. There's no such thing as a perfect condo. some people don't
like open concepts, some people do. Some people like modern sleek lines
some people don't. Everybody is different but if you can pick up a
bunch of things that you do like about the property. Maybe one or two
things are really strike accord with you. Everything else can be
modified. The building has to be great. The property has to be in a
right location but basically anything as far as the interiors concern
can be changed. It's unfortunate that some people don't have open mind
when it comes to properties. But nonetheless, when you go into a
property try to find five good things that you like because it's so
easy to find a hundred things that you don't like. My name is Ian Watt.
