Dear Ian,
I want to thank you for a job well done that was far above and beyond my expectations. As an out of town vendor, it was a great comfort to have the professional attention to detail you displayed. Your communication by both phone calls and instant messaging was a gift. I so appreciate the constant updates and your personal communication did much to set my concerns aside.
As I reflect, it is remarkable to note that; we spoke on the phone one day, met the following afternoon to sign the contract, and with your great marketing, generated two offers within the week – both above the asking price.
As I mentioned Ian, it was Dan Reiter who is both a personal friend and Realtor that recommended you. Although my property was not a multi-million dollar holding, I felt that you treated it as such. It is no surprise that you are held in high esteem with your colleagues.
