Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon. Its Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. This is the most overused line in Real Estate in Vancouver. It is " I have an out of town buyer and he's only here for one night and he has to buy a one bedroom." It blows me away how many out of town buyers come in and don't prepare. They don't contact a realtor ahead of time. They just call from fairmont or call from whatever hotel and they want to see a property right now. You know what? If somebody is serious chances are they're going to do a little preparation. So don't call me up and use that line on me. If I can get you in, I'll get you in and if I can't I can't. Whether they are out of town buyers or just, you know unorganized buyer that's just trying to set up a tour within 2 hours Ill get you in if I can. But if I can't  I won't I don't want to hear that line anymore. My name's Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt. I'm as fast as the car in front of me ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
