Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon. Its Ian Watt in Downtown, Vancouver. The other day, I got an from a potential client inquiring about a listing. It's a forclosure listing and had some unbelievable nice furnitures in it. And the thing is, she wanted to negotiate the furnitures but I mentioned this before in my past videoblogs that the courts cannot approve the sale of anything other than the land or the unit. So any fridge, stove, furniture, artwork  any of that if it is left there, its all yours but it can't be written into the contract. So I apologize for that but I don't make the rules. The provincial goverment does. But if you wanna learn more about foreclosures. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca . Thank you very much and have a great day!
