Another question is, with 10,000 realtors how are you any different from the next guy or girl? So ask that question plus ask the details of their marketing plan. Do they have their marketing plan already illustrated on their website? Do they have it in a booklet for you? What is their marketing plan and how is it different from the other 10,000 realtors?
