Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. We have been doing questions you should be asking your potential listing realtor all week. And here's another great one that I think you should ask your potential listing realtor during the interview stages is Who's gonna be showing my property? Is it gonna be in a locked box? Are you gonna show-up or you assistant's gonna show-up? How does it work? Are strangers just gonna be coming into my place so the place could get robbed? Or you gonna be there all the time? Those are questions that you have to ask your potential listing realtor. Find out what you're paying for. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have great day!
