Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. If you're thinking of hiring a realtor to sell your condo in Downtown Vancouver or anywhere else especially in British Columbia. I'm going to have a series of questions over the next five (5) days to help you out. Things you should ask the realtor in the interview stage. So first of all, I'm gonna start it off by asking them A. How long have they've been in the business? What areas did they work? How many sales did they have under their belt this year? And what lisitngs do they have? Those questions should be asked from day one and ask them to prove how many sales. We can print off how many transactions we have been a part of in, from year to date if we go to bcalink.ca. And those things as realtors we can print them off and we can give to you. So that's a great starting point. Tune in tomorrow if you like to know a few more questions you can ask your realtor during the interview stage. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
