Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Again emails all the time and people are thinking they're selling their place. They always ask the same two questions. Which you should not base your listing realtor decision on. These two questions here. A. What do you charge? and B. What's my place worth? I can tell your place is worth 50,000 more than it really worth. But the market is going to tell us what's its gonna sell for so I can give you a market analysis. But never base your decision on what I tell you for your listing price okay? Second of all, my commission is not that important. It's what you get in your pocket is probably more important what I can do for you. So the next few days, I'm gonna have as many questions as possible that you can ask your listing realtor. Should you decide to sell. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
