Don't Get Upset or Insulted about a LowBall Offer on Your Condo
Ian Watt video blogs about not getting upset about receiving a lowball offer. Its just part of the process and to the purchasers your Vancouver condo is not a home its just a product that the buyers are trying to purchase as cheaply as possible. Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon. It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I had
an offer coming over the weekend and it was a little bit lower than my
client had expected. And she was a little bit insulted. Now don't take
offers personally. They are not personal at all. It's all about dollar
and cents, you're home is not a home to them. It is just a product. And
they're trying to buy that product at the cheapest possible. That's
what I explained to her she got it, she's okay now. But when you put
your property up for sale, expect low ball offers. People still think
its a complete buyers market. And its changed quite a bit it's a little
bit more balanced than it was a month or two ago. So people are still
trying to lowball but its not a big deal. Just take it as a part of the
process. My name is Ian Watt. You can always email me at
ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
