Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It's Ian
Watt in Downtown Vancouver usually but tonight I'm in the Gulf Islands.
I'm over here because it's spring break and that's what I usually do
during spring break. It's unfortunate because tonight is the night were
the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver honors the top 10% of all
realtors also known as the Medallion Club and it's glamorous says its
sounds spending an evening with 908 typical realtors. I just couldn't
make it tonight because anyone with kids or a family usually goes away
during this time. What makes me wonder is who will plan an event like
this during spring break? It's an unfortunate situation cause I'd
really really really loved to be there tonight. But unfortunately I'm
with my cabin in the Gulf Islands enjoying a little bit of relaxation
time. So I wish everyone well tonight and I hope they have a fantastic
