Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It's Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver.
Just came up from a foreclosure that my client said purchased two weeks
ago. So they bought it couple of months ago but two weeks ago they took
possession which they didn't get any possession of. They completed on
the property two weeks ago they were supposed to get the keys and
vacant possession unfortunately guy who is foreclosed upon couple of
weeks ago. Basically lock themselves into the suite. Now, the process
server has his serve the documents give the documents to the guy saying
you have to vacate the property and unfortunately he was just avoiding
the process survey. He will be waiving from the window or he drove away
from his luxury vehicle. In the whole situation we could not tag him
with the documents. So went to court this morning and the judged ruled,
you know what you don't have to give him the documents. He's well aware
of what is going on just go in there with the sheriff, with the
bailiff, with the lock and take possession of the property. Now I guess
he's caught wind of it so when we drove passed the day there was a
moving truck out front. The colossal waste of time, waste tax payers
money and waste of lenders money. They're probably gonna go negative,
they were gonna get a little bit of money back but I think they're
going negative now. But it such a waste because he's doing today what
he shouldn't done two weeks ago and this cost young couple who bought
the property a lot of stress. Not every foreclosure is like this but if
you want to learn about foreclosures. You can always email me at ianwatt@ianwatt.ca. Thank you very much and have a great day!
