If you got an envelope like this in the mail. Chances are you own a
property in Vancouver. Well it's tax time again and Downtown Vancouver
and Vancouver in general I should say. February 5th you got to pay your
taxes and going with a smile on your beacuse it's gonna be the last
time you go and pay at this rate. Thanks to the Olympic Village and
