Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I wanted to give you a little bit of a warning, a little bit of a heads up and a suggestion if you're getting involve in an online blogging or like video blogging or text blogging. Getting involved in conversations regarding real estate or any other topic. You know it's very interesting because there are so many blog sites. There are so many realtor trash realtor websites. There's a whole bunch of people out there that just hate real estate and realtors in general. And that's fine no problem everyone's got an opinion. I have an opinion I put it out there. But I got an email last night from from some guy who's trying to go me in to getting involve in this blogging conversation trying to trash me online. And basically I never get involved in those things I never read them and I don't comment back on them at all if it's anything negative and I don't have to defend myself. I know I'm pretty successful as is so that's all matters to me. But the thing is anytime your getting involve in those one conversation. My suggestion is make sure that the people you are arguing against or putting your point out there. Actually state their names. There are so many anonymous people out there, putting their opinions out there. But the thing is if they have an opinion. They should be able to put their face and their name to it and with my site at ianwatt.ca It's obvious that I'm a realtor and my point of view comes from a realtors point of view. But if you are going to this a blog site where people just anonymously saying their opinion but they don't have the balls to put their names to it. Don't even get involve don't even reply to them. That's my suggestion and never get involved in a website were you don't know who owns it. If it could be a realtor, it could be a a guy who hates realtors.
