Ian Watt: Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. Right now I want to tell you about the top ten reasons why you should work with me as your listing agent. Now first of all Inman news is in the United States. It's the biggest real estate related news agency and what they've done they've come up with the top ten list of the most influential blog sites globally and I happen to be on that top ten list which is fantastic. Not only does it bring a lot of viewers to our video blogs. It also brings up our google rankings and not only that they brings a lot of international buyers to ianwatt.ca. Another thing is I have a knowledge of the Downtown Vancouver condo market. And I don't dabble here and dabble there and dabble there. No no no I'm strictly Downtown Vancouver condos and the difference between say 1280 Richards, 1295 Richards and 1238 Richards. Could be 450 dollars to 200 or 2,000 dollars a square foot for the Oscar, for the Metropolis or for the Grace. It's amazing the difference. Number eight is that I have a very focused web based marketing plan it's not that I have a website. I have a very focused plan and obviously your proving right now. If your watching this video. Number seven I'm a full time realtor with years of experience and I'm not sit in there in my classroom as a school teacher with one computer for real estate, one for teaching the kids and I am not sure showing it at my convenience. I'm showing it at the buyer's convenient. So I'll be showing your property whenever they want. I am a full time realtor. With 9,500 realtors you got to pick the right one right? Anyways also number six I'm a Medallion club member. Medallion is the top 10% of all realtors in Greater Vancouver and it really does apply to the eighty twenty rule. The eighty twenty rule in real estate is unbelievable. It really is the top handful of people that do all the business in Greater Vancouver real estate. There's no second guessing it and with years of experience I developed a database in my blackberry over my 6,500 contacts. 6,500 contacts not saying they are all buyers looking for your property right now but I know people that I can contact that can contact that can contact to find the right person that might be looking for your type of property that you have for sale. Number four a lot of top realtor don't do it but I do openhouses. I usually do two every weekend. I love doing openhouses great way to sell your property and great way for me to pick upo business as well. Number three the number three reason is that I have a lot of passion with real estate. I love real estate. I have so much fun. If I won 20 million dollars a day. I would be back tomorrow selling real estate. Yeah, that's true I love real estate and I think my passion comes through in all my videos. You can also talk to my testimonials. You can talk to all my past clients and see if I love it. I'll give you as many testimonials. This is number two by the way. I give all the testimonials that you want because I'm not there just to make a sale. I want you to call me in five years and say Ian you know what you did a great job. Selling our place put us in a next place were ready to move on to another place again in the future.
