Ian Watt : Hi good afternoon! It’s Ian Watt in Downtown Vancouver. I just want to let you know that I'm pretty excited little bit sad. But I am leaving Macdonald Realty. Macdonald Realty has been fantastic don't get me wrong there just unbelievable first class organization. However it's time for me to re-focus my business, take it t another level and unfortunately all the services that the Macdonald Realty supplies are not exactly the services that I need because I am super self sufficient. I can run my own business without their main support. And unfortunate all their fantastic support cost money. It's always a financial decision for me. It's a business decision I'm going to Sutton West Coast nothing as far as my clients perspective will change. Nothing will change it all as far as how I run my business. Maybe my logo will be different and maybe my business cards. Will have a little Sutton on there instead of Macdonalds.
